Hey!! Was it you that was asking me about the government grants website? well anyway, here it is... Grants I'm headed back to Cali this weekend, gotta get warm! :)
anonymous, I don't remember asking anybody about govermnent grants. If I had, my question would have been along the lines of "why would anyone go to a pay-site when all the information about government grants that you could ever want is available for free on grants.gov?" So I think you must be thinking of somebody else.
As to your travel plans, it seems a little extravagant to be zipping across the country just to get warm. I wear long underwear sometimes to keep warm. And I put an extra blanket on the bed. In extreme cases, we have central heat, and there is a device known as a thermostat.
But to people who would advise a pay-site where information is freely available, money must not be of much importance.
